Commercial/Industrial HVAC Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in industrial and commercial HVACCultivate strong customer relationships through exceptional service and technical supportConduct on-site assessments to recommend HVAC solutions that meet customer needsPrepare and deliver technical presentations to clients and prospectsCollaborate with engineering and service teams to ensure project requirements are metMonitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunitiesProvide feedback to enhance products based on customer needsRepresent the company at trade shows, conferences, and marketing eventsPrepare sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to track progress
Qualifications:
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the commercial/industrial HVAC industryProven track record of successful HVAC project salesDeep understanding of commercial and industrial HVAC systemsProficiency in running load calculations and designing/estimating ductwork and pipingStrong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to develop and maintain customer relationshipsExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilitiesSelf-motivated and capable of working independentlyProficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office SuiteDegree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or related field preferred
